We know you want your jewels ASAP so we try to pack orders the day they come in! Orders made after 12pm or on weekends/holidays will be shipped out the next business day.

An email with tracking info will be sent out by USPS when your package has shipped.

If your tracking shows your order has been delivered, but you can’t find your package we will try to do our best to help!

We ask that you first look around your home or apartment complex and ask family, roommates, neighbors, and building management if they have seen your package.

If you are unable to find the package, please contact the United States Postal Service. If the package can not be found we are unable to refund the shipping fees nor the order.
